will amendments released in feb,2011 affect ipcc tax and will it be applicable to students appearing in may,2011 and nov,2011 examinations?also suggest is rajesh bsharma sir or ajay jain sir good for ipcc tax coaching? please do reply at earliest.also tell will gst apply to nov,2011 examinations?

No the same will not be applicable.
Amendments made by Finanec Act 2010 will only be relevant for may & november 2011 exams.
