12 August 2010 can any one help me.
One of my client wants to add GTA with his service tax registration ST-2. T PIN & password received by me via mail. & the username provided to me is same that of T PIN,
After accessing aces when I typed the username ( i.e T PIN ) the system shows that T PIN & username can not be same.
My question is that how can I know the username , whether I have to apply for the username against the password provided to me alongwith T PIN

12 August 2010 In the website there is no option to find the user name, you need to contact the department with the registration details

13 August 2010 The username can be created by registering with ACES

14 August 2010 Sir you would not have been provided the username you would have been provided only TPIN by cliking the link received in the mail you can choose your username you have to write the TPIN No. in place provided for TPIN and then submit and then again log on to the site.
