16 December 2009 Dear Sir,

What are the procedures to be followed to change the clause of the partnership deed?
Change-1To Include the remunartion of partners.Our earlier deed does not contain the remunaration of the partners.
Change-2To Change the accounting period.We also want to change the accounting period of partnership.In our previous deed we are following the calender year as the accounting period.

16 December 2009 Pl execute a Supplementary deed of partnership in the requisite stamp value as prescribed by the State government concerned. In the preamble of the said deed mention may be made to the old deed so as to give strength to the supplementary deed.
