08 December 2012 actually my client is registered in service tax as providing other than in the negative list services but as per new notification i want to change it in general accounting specific service.

so please tell me the procedure to get amended ST-2.

09 December 2012 You have to go to REG icon and there after go to amend registration and fill the form...

10 December 2012 Sir actually i hv tried 4 d same but the services option there doesn t show name of service. It is showing only negative or other tja. Negative list option. whether i should wait until site gets updated..

12 December 2012 You have to file online ST-2 for amendment by following aforesaid procedure and thereafter take its print out and send its copy to concern range superintendence.

18 December 2012 Hi Sonia,

Vide NOTIFICATION No. 48/2012-ST[F.No. 137/22/2012-ST]/GSR 858 (E), dated 30-11-2012 the ST-1 has been amended and all 119 services has been included in ST-1.

But the change in website of ACES has not been made, So wait for the change and then follow the procedure suggested Mr. Puneet Goyal.
