I have filed an amendment of additional place of business in which clarification was sought by department.
But i could not file the clarification on time now what to do?
whether fresh application can be filed again?

if it gets rejected then fresh application can be filed again.

yes due date expired for clarification....and now when i am trying to file an application it is rejected...the status is pending for order..
