25 January 2008 Under DVAT if you want to get any amendment in your registratio then follow the follow the following procedure:-
1) File DVAT 07 alongwith the necessary supporting documents within 30 days of happening of an event of amendment.
a) In case of additional place of business or change in principal place of business you have to enclose ownership proof of the premises and NOC from the owner if the deaer himself is not the owner.
b) In case of change in constitution copy of partnership/ dissolution deed as the case may be alongwith ID proof and PAn No of the newly admitted partner.
c) In case of reduction in surety copy of the document on the basis of which reduction is sought.
