I'm confuse between Internal reconstn & Amalgamation especially while preparing accounts bcoz most of the treatments of accounts are same

In an amalgamation one or more companies are taken over by another company. So the companies being taken over will cease to exist.
However, in an internal reconstruction the existing company will continue to exist.
However, in an internal reconstruction the existing company will continue to exist.
