Does authorised capital of the company changes at the time of absorbtion?
for example..
A ltd has authorised capital 50 lac
& B ltd has authorised capital 60 lac.
A ltd. absorb B ltd.
does A ltd authorised capital increase to 100 lac.?

why 100...why not 50+60 = 110?
