I want to know about amandment in service tax
with effect from july
04 July 2012
WEF 01.07.2012, new regime (i.e. Negative List Approach) of service has been made effective. Now all the services are taxable except those which are covered by negative list and given in exemption notification. Brief analysis of same i can email you if you provide me your email id.
