26 March 2010 I am working in pvt co.
But my salary is divided into 4 soc.
Can i get transport allowance for all 4 soc. i.e. 800*4=3200. I will get 4 salary certificate from all soc.

26 March 2010 What do you mean by SOC ?

U can get Transport allowance.
If u mean whether u can claim deduction under Transport allowance then answer is no. U can claim maximum of Rs800 per month , without considering any amount of allowance received from any company.

soc. means soceity.
Here my question is that i am getting salary from 4 soceity. so can i claim 800 or 3200 as i get salary from 4 entities.
