What will be the tax treatment in the hand of salaried employee for allowances paid by company when he was/is outside the country.

If it is a Indian Company then it is income accrued in India therefore taxable for all whether he is resident or non resident.Now it depends on nature of allowance u r receiving.It may be taxable or non taxable allowance depends on its nature.
