Mrs X is running a diagnostic centre. it pays refferal commission to doctors & claim it expenses in profit & Loss a/c. Now Assessing officer has disallow some of its portion as refferal forms were not produced before him reason being in the fllod all the papers & documents for 8 onths were destoryed. mrs X has insurance claim certificate with it.
Do any one have any suggestion that how exp could be proved bonafied taking base that documentry evidences were destroyed due to uncontrolable natural disaster.
