Hello Professional
Our company issued Redeemable prf.shares and its redeemed within time.
But the entries not made in STatutory regi. of the cmpany.
Is it required to make entries of Pref. shares allo. in Statu. Regi?

Hi,
As per my understanding preference shareholders are members of the company entitled to dividend and entitled to voting rights in certain cases. So register of preference shareholders should be maintained by the company as a mandatory register.

Register of such members should be maintained. Ref:- Section 150 of The companies Act,1956.
