22 June 2013 Dear Sir,

We'd sold a House Property in FY 2011-12 and invested the inflated Sale Proceeds in Tax Free Bonds by NHAI. In 26AS for AY. 2013-14 there is an AIR notings for the investments we made in Tax Free bonds of NHAI.
Please advise what I need to do in this context in my next Tax Returns due to be filed in July 2013?
Would appreciate your expert advise.

22 June 2013 it is not effect that if nothing in AIR

pls file your regular income tax retun.

17 July 2013 Many thanks for your response, Rupesh ji! I would like to clarify here that in 26AS for AY2012-13, there is mention of AIR transactions but nothing is mentioned in 26AS for AY2013-14. Do I need to file a revised return for AY2012-13? Do I need to mention anything on my returns for AY 2013-14? Appreciate your comments, pls.
