27 January 2011 can i declared agriculture income in my hand if agriculture land is in my fathers name and my ration card is seperate from my father name.is it possible by way of heirs?if yes then what proof need?

27 January 2011 No, Since your father is alive, you cannot be owner of the land.

28 January 2011 You need not to employ you yourself as a farmer but there may be many documents such as payments vouchers , bills for seeds & fertilizers etc, sale bills and even agreement or authority letter from land khatedar etc and any other documents which can prove that you genuinely involved and Ag..
