if I do have agricultural land but same I do not have cultivated any thing but there is growth of grass which is due to rain whether this is an agricultural activity and can eligible for agricultural land benefit
this is just an hypothetical example for clearing my concept of agricultural activity.

It is not an agricultural activity not eligible for agricultural land benefit.
