07 April 2023 Hello,

I am a salaried person in Pune. Receiving salary around 5 lac.

I also have agriculture land at a small village in Solapur, I am farming on weekends.

My question is can I avail PM Kisan scheme ? If yes how treatment will apply to same ?

07 April 2023 Are you in government job or paying income tax then you are not eligible.

08 April 2023 No I am working in private sector.
I have not filled IT return yet, but I am planning to file IT return.
As my salary income is 5 lac, thus tax liability also does not arises.
So can I avail PM Kisan scheme and file nil tax payable IT return as my total Income does not exceed taxable limit as on date
