23 April 2012 Is it mandatory to file the minutes of AGM with ROC? Do we have to circulate the minutes of AGM to the shareholders of the company after the conclusion of an AGM?

It is not mandatory to file minutes of AGM with ROC. However, after signing of minutes of general meeting will be available for public inspection to members of the company.

There is no need to circulated minutes of AGM to shareholders.

No need to file minutes of GM with ROC or any other body. They need to be kept open for members' inspection.
