the minutes of AGM should be hand written or can be kept in electronic mode ?
is there any circular for this

If you will kept your minutes in electronic mode then you can not made compliance of the provision of section 193 regarding signing of minutes.So it will be physical form.

16 September 2013 You can keep your minutes in any format either in hand written or typed, both are acceptable under the CA, 1956.
