according to co act ,is there any time gap between two AGM?

As under provision of Companies Act 1956 not more than 15 months shall elaspe between the date of one Annual General Meeting to next Annual general Meeting.
The Company shall hold first annual general meeting within a period of not more than 18 months from the date of Incorporation.
