SIR We are private Ltd company and have completed first year of business. We have to conduct the AGM within 18 Months from the date of incorporation (i.e) before 30-09-2020. Unfortunately, We could not finalize the accounts due to covid-19. Can we conduct AGM after 30th Sep 2020? Plz guide me sir thanks in adv
