can agm be called by short notice. if yes, than is there any problems in doing that or Whether roc looked at this by doughtfull eyes

Dear Gaurav
As per Section 171 of Companies Act, 1956 an annual general meeting may be called after giving shorter notice if consent is accorded thereto by all the members entitled to vote thereat. so there is no problem at all in doing so.
