Can AGM be conducted on SundayAs in companies act, 2013 it was specified that companies can't conduct an AGM on national holidays prescribed by the CGIs Sunday a national holiday ?????Thanks in ADVANCE

As per my understanding even in CA 2013, an AGM cannot be convened on Sunday. Kindly refer section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.
