19 July 2014 I HAVE RECEIVED AN QUERY FROM ROC AFTER SUBMITTING FORM INC 7.

1. AFFIDEVIT FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEPOSITS FROM ALL THE PROMOTERS NOTRISED ?? WHAT DOES IT MEAN ?? THERE IS NO OPTION TO ATTACH THE AFFIDEVIT. IS TEHRE ANY FORMAT ?? PLSS SEND ME....

DECLARATION MADE BY SUBSCRIBER/FIRST DIRECTORS AT THE TIME OF INCORPORATION OF COMPANY

In connection with the application for an incorporation of ___________LIMITED, Company under the Companies Act, 2013 or any previous Act, we the subscribers and first directors are as:

of the company hereby declare that the company / directors shall not accept any deposits unless compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 1956,and/or Companies Act 2013, RBI Act, 1934 and SEBI Act, 1992 and rules/directions/ regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with the concerned authorities.

Also declare that The Company or its Directors shall not carry out any money circulation scheme or multi level / pyramid scheme to accept deposits from the public.
