can somebody give me full procedure of advance license and its sales procedure

DEAR ANANDCA 2006,
IN DGFT / CONCERNED REAGIONAL LICENSING AREA, THE ADVANCE LICENCE ISSUANCE AFTER SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS WITH PURCHASED ORDER AND CHARTERED AACCOUNTANT / CS/ ICWAI CERTIFICATE AND ALSO CHARTERED ENGINEER CERTIFICATE.
AND SUBMIT THE FEE THROUGH THE EFT.
AFTER THE PRESCRIBED TIME PERIOD THE CONCERNED DGFT , REAGIONAL LICENSING AREA, ISSUE , IF NORMS NOT FIXED THE NOTRMS FIXED (AS PER APPLICATION FILED OF PARA4.7)
AFTER ALC MEETING THE DGFT FIXED THE NORMS AGAINST THE EXPORTED ITEMS AND WHEN THE EXPORT IMPORT OBLIGATION FULFILLED IN THE DGFT SUBMIT THE EP COPY WITH BRC AND THEN THE DGFT ISSUANCE THE EODC LETTER AFTER REDEEMED IT EODC ISSUUE.
