Dear All,
Please let me know, If any company has already been paid 1st installment of Advance FBT because abolishment of FBT has not been confirmed that time.....will it be treated as Advance Tax?....or...should company have to claim refund for the same?????

no official clarification has been released in this regard.

Agree. Chances are bright that it will be treated as Advance Income Tax paid, but still we are waiting for clarification.
