20 October 2013 Chapter 1:
Basic P&L A/C & Balance Sheet may be asked as per revised schedule.

Chapter 2:
Important AS - 4, 11, 12 , 16, 19 , 20 ( Diluted EPS ), 29 ( win loss question )

Chapter 3:
Dissolution - Maximum Loss Method
Amalgamtion - Illustration 6 from module.

Chapter 4:
Underwriting & ESOP
Internal Reconstruction

Chapter 5:
Financial Statements ( Sure Question 8-16 marks )

Chapter 6:
P&L account of Banking companies

Chapter 7:
Capital Base question from Electricity Companies ( Replacement asked in last attempt )

Chapter 8:
Question will definitily in exams to well prepare this topic.

Chapter 9:
Foreign branch question asked in last attempt so you can left it.
Do other topics specially dependent branch.

All are important, but you should start with 5,6,7,8 and then the rest...

Must complete RTPS and Practice manuals...

20 October 2013 Concetrate more on bank,electricity and insurance accounts ,,,easily you can get more than 30-35 marks from his chapters
