HI..!!
if a company has adopted new sets of Articles and Memorandum at the AGM in 2014 by passing a special resolution and filed MGT-14 for the same and in attachment they only attached a copy of special resolution passed in this regard. they have not attached new set of Articles and Memrandum.. is there any voilation of law??? as its almost been 2 years since its adoption so is there any necessity to intimate the same to ROC now?? Please Guide

Nothing, if the form has been approved then the compliance has been done. You have informed and filed the resolution to the ROC. In case the form has not been approved, then you should make attempts to mark it for resubmission and attach new set of Memorandum and Articles along with certified copy of resolution.
