whether the duty u/s 3(5)will applicable if one unit (unit 1) which is Export orianted unit (EOU) of any company transferred goods to domestic tarrif area (unit 2)of the same company, if yes then whether VAT applicable to the same goods while sold out at domestic custom area, is there exchange of any FORM related to the same?
