dear sir,
when i receive the excise invoice, it is having additional duty.
can i carry forward the same to further party to which i am selling the material?

Yes the special addtional duty of 4% is also possible tobe passed on by the dealer or by manufacturer as "as such sale"
However it maybe noted that only manufacturers are presently eligible for the SAD and not the service providers.
