14 October 2017 In 2015-16, there is a Additional Director in my company. Now in 2016-17, on 1st December, 2016, we had changed additional Director to Director. Now i want to know what is the procedure to change our Additional Director to Director on MCA. Because at the time of filing Annual Forms, it still shows Additional director.

Kindly help at the earliest.
