13 October 2009 if new plant or machinary added in existing plant or machinary it is eligible to take benefit of additional dep. @ 20% as per sec32(1)(iia)?

I can't get u now. U have said in the querie "new plant or machinary added " so how it would mean that these are already in USE ?

If it's already been used then no additinal dep.
