12 August 2009 i am confused in additional condition of resident status for individual please clear it (1) min. 2 year in previous 10 years
(2) min 730 days in previous 7 years
My Question:- if 2years=730 days then why conditions is different

this will happen only when the stay in India is rigid.

suppose the stay falls in different previous years...
