28 March 2010 My Question Is.

According to Delhi Sales Tax Each & every items which is being purchase against H/C/F Form should be mentioned in RC. Otherwise the Forms will not be issued to Party or If issued earlier it can be disallowed to party anytime..

Please reply me soon Its Toooo urgent for me

28 March 2010 Capital goods like machinery use in manufacturing of items, Commercial vehicle like loder, gemerator can purchase against form c without amedment. but trading items to mention in RC.
