I am a Chatered accountant and raised bill to my client Rs. 45000 as a Actual expenses and Rs. 25000 as Professional fees. Suggest me the what will be the taxable value.

Reimbursements are also liable to service tax unless the same has been incurred in the capacity as pure agent.
