I am a CA Final student. Whether Co's Amendment Act 2008 is applicable for Nov exam? How many amendments have been made after Co's Amendment Act 2006?

Since the bill of Companies Amendment Act 2008 is not yet passed, it may not be applicable for Nov exams.
