accomondation provide by company but charges deduct (rent) from salary, what call to free accomondation? as example: basic Rs. 10000 house rent allow.Rs. 2500 deduction as rent 2500/- againt accomondation.

If the Employer deduct the Rent from Salary, then its not a Rent free Accomodation.
