Hi, i want to know bout all the accounts which should be maintained by a small private ltd co.(IT co.). whether audit is necessary, where the accounts/books needs to be submitted, by when???, etc.

Books to be maintained as per income tax act - Cash Book, Bank Book, sales register, purhase register, ledger and journal register.
Books to be maintained as per companies act along with above is staturoy combined register, minutes books of directors and shareholders and attendence register of shareholders and directors.
If you ar exporting your products in software you have to submit forms to stpi and record to be maintained for the same.
