I HAD APPLIED FOR ATC WHILE APPLYING FOR IPCC REGISTRATION AND NOW I HAVE COMPLETED ARTICLESHIP BUT NOT RECEIVED ATC CERTIFICATE .HOW TO RECEIVE THAT?

You need to apply specifically for ATC certificate after completion of 1 year articleship and passing IPCC Group-I

in the above link,the form is provided to be filled online but what next? where to send the print out?
