19 February 2016 I HAD APPLIED FOR ATC WHILE APPLYING FOR IPCC REGISTRATION AND NOW I HAVE COMPLETED ARTICLESHIP BUT NOT RECEIVED ATC CERTIFICATE .HOW TO RECEIVE THAT?
