Respected sir, please guide me about the role, authority and responsibility of aacounting technician?

It is popularly known as ATC. U have to register to it at the time of registering to IPC. An ATC is regarded as a junior CA. He/She can upload the return and can perform all the duties of an accountant. But he/she has no authority to sign any legal documents.
