Hi Please help me on the following query:-
If 'Company A' is in process of getting merged with 'Company B', then before merger will Company A be treated as the Related Party of Company B?
Pls rply, Urgent.

No, it is not necessary

if both company is in the process of merger then Company A treated as the Related Party of Company B as per AS-18.
