15 January 2016 If we made any payment according to the verdict of the court then we booked the expenditure in the head of legal charges or rates and taxes.

15 January 2016 Court can NOT change the nature of expenses, although it may decide and change the mode and magnitude of expenses.

if you could give some elaboration about your expenses, the point can be made more clear.
