How much acounting fees should I charge for turnover above 20 lakh firm?

how will you practice if you don't know how to arrive at adequate compensation for your work?
how how can be turnover be the only criterion for deciding fees?
I can do similar turnover with less than 20 invoice in the whole year or have lakhs of transactions!
