My sales tax return filling on quartely basis in Delhi. what is the last date of e filling.

what is the last date of accknowladge the hard copy of dvat-16 & cst return (form no-1)

28 January 2009 First of all this is VAT return and not sales tax return. Last date of e-filing is within 25 days of the end of the quarter and hard copy is to be filed within 28 days of the end of the quarter.
