Hi
I am starting my practice and want to know 1.)whether I can take up work of a institution conducting various classes( guitar, karate, abacus etc) if my daughter is attending abacus class in that same institute. It is a small institute run under partnership by 2 ladies.
They want me to help them in preparing P&L, B/S and file its return.
2.) they started their institute 2 years ago but have not filed any IT return so far. As return can be filed within 1 yr from the end of Relevant assessment yr. can they efile 2 yrs return together this yr?.
Please guide me in this regard
