SUPPOSE,IF ASSESSEE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN CASH OF RS 25000 (MORE THAN RS. 20000) THEN IS ASSESSEE LIABLE FOR ANY PENALTY ?

if its for loan purpose then yes sec 269ss and later sec 269t shall be applicable.
