Accelerated depreciation

Propose to install wind mill in Tamilnadu. I would like to know in order to claim accelerated depreciation is it necessary to register with Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency, New Delhi. Please clarify.

the ans is no as there is no such condition mentioned in income tax act for claiming same
