is every ca student completing the Final exams are required for applying for membership?
if it is not compulsory, did such person can use the word CA after his name.

Institute will not allow to use ACA without taking membership.

You are not a CA if you are not a member of ICAI. So, it is necessary to get membership number for using the word CA after the name.

Only a member of ICAI can write the words 'Chartered Accountant, with his or her name.
