Can any one tell me about way bill.What are the forms used in Way Bill .What are the legal requirement of way bill.How it is related to sales tax act.What documents and paper are required to maintain way biil procedure etc.

As the name suggested way bill is a proof of transfer of goods from one location to another. Form "F" and form 38 etc use as way bill. Form "F" represents branch transfer and other form are used according to state laws. Way bill is necessary for sal;es tax department for claiming Form "C" and show any transction before sales tax officers.
