20 February 2012 me a qualified company secretary from 2010,but due to certain personal reasons could nt start my training immediately,but now my 11 months training is completed and 4 months remaining, nw i have joined a company to learn work...but company is unlisted and i am not getting proper work over here...only 4 months is remain g for my membership.....what should i do.....should i join a good firm....coz now work learning is imp for me rather than money...???????????????

21 February 2012 If you feel that you don't have a good learning atmosphere then the best you can do is Change your training.
